Our postal cookie boxes are delivered across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Please ensure you enter a full and correct UK delivery address at checkout, as this cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can only resend it at your expense.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may offer options such as leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
